8 Paarungen traten in der Herrenkonkurrenz an. Das Reglement sah vor, dass beide Doppelpartner in der Summe nicht besser als LK26 sein durften. Der Plan ging auf und so sahen die Zuschauer spannende Matches an allen Turniertagen zwischen ausgeglichenen Teams. Die zwei Doppel mit Beteiligung von Herren 40 und 60 Spieler Pitz/Schwörer und Bauer/Huber konnten die favorisierten jugendlichen Doppel etwas kitzeln, konnten das Weiterkommen der späteren Finalisten nicht verhindern. Nach dem Dreisatzsieg im Viertelfinale über Baier/Langner mussten Schulte-Wieking/Tom Weishap gegen Kevin Kölbl und Daniel Heinz antreten. Kevin und Daniel konnten sich mit 7:5/7:5 durchsetzen. Nicht weniger knapp endete das zweite Halbfinale. Hier konnten sich die Brüder Moritz und Tobias Heinz gegen Mike Kölbl und Marc Weber mit 7:6/&:4 durchsetzen. So trafen sich die mehrfachen Vereinsmeister Mike Kölbl und Thomas Schulte Wieking als Kontrahenten im Spiel um Platz 3. Leider verletzte sich Thomas Schulte-Wieking gegen Ende des zweiten Satzes, sodass der Platz 3 Mike Kölbl und Marc Weber zugesprochen wurde.  

 Bei 36 Grad lieferten sich die Brüder Moritz und Tobias Heinz gegen Kevin Kölbl und dem 14-jährigen Daniel Heinz ein Duell mit wechselnden Führungen. Lange Rallyes und die Regel den dritten Satz auszuspielen führten dazu dass der Matchball erst nach drei Stunden Spielzeit verwandelt wurde. Nach 1:4 Rückstand im entscheidenden Satztiebreak gelang Kevin und Daniel das Kunststück das Spiel noch zu ihren Gunsten zu drehen. Für Kevin war es nach 10 Finalteilnahmen der erste Titel. Die Kämpen war vom Match so erschöpft das es sie erstmal in den aufgestellten Pool zog und mit der Turnierleitung überein kamen dass ausstehende Spiel um Platz 3 im Mixed auf den 1. Juli zu vertagen.

6 teams competed in the men's 40 competition. Two 40s, 50s and 60s doubles. The matches were very exciting. Three times the decision was only made in the third set. This was also the case in the final. The 60s doubles Peter Norton and Hans-Dieter Zapf won the first set against André Pitz and Frank Schwörer. As Frank improved his serve rate and used André's volley more consistently, the game took a turn. Pitz/Schwörer were able to celebrate a doubles world championship title for the second time after 2010. Third place went to Jürgen Geray and Pete Haug, who eliminated Thomas Rosskopf and Daniel Failenschmid.

Although the TVG has three six-person teams in the women's association round, only four doubles registered for the club championships. These determined the title holder in an EVERYONE against EVERYONE format. With three games in four days, the eventual winners were able to squeeze in a party on Lake Constance. In the duel between the previously unbeaten teams, Carola Buchmann and Patrizia Trissler dominated against Xenia Walter and Madita Kilian. The tactic of just playing the ball back and waiting for the others to make mistakes led Madita and Xenia to the final but not to the title.

The youngest player, aged 15, was the liveliest. Laura Ofner came third together with Liana Gentile. Marcela and Jan Haberzettl, who improved over the course of the tournament, came fourth.

The 40s women then made their appearance in the MIXED. 3 regional league players and two amateur players reached for the stars. A total of 15 pairs had registered. Players from the two active teams then made it to the semifinals. Jonas Baier and Marlen Schmid had to go over three sets in the quarterfinals against Tobias Heinz and Laura Ofner and in the semifinals against Kevin Kölbl and Valerie Bühl. Mike Kölbl and Jana Haberzettl eliminated Thomas Schulte-Wieking and Liana Gentile in the round of 16.

The eagerly awaited duel with Peter and Kelly Norton, who defeated Daniel and Tanja Heinz, unfortunately had to be cancelled due to Kelly's gastrointestinal infection. In the semi-final, Xenia Walter instructed Moritz Heinz to abandon his usual reserve towards the lady on the other side of the net, as it quickly became clear that Jana Haberzettl hits just as hard as a man. It developed into the best game in this competition. Only after Mike felt unfairly treated by "giving out" disputed balls did he turn it up and secure his place in the final with 6:4/6:4. Mike and Jana then had less trouble in the final against Jonas and Marlen, winning 6:1/6:1. The match for third place was postponed because the male participants were too exhausted to play another game after a three-hour men's final in temperatures over 30 degrees.
